CBC Instructor Honored With ‘Friend Of Technology’ Award

Coastal Bend College (CBC) Professional Business Technology Professor Juanita Dominguez was honored with the inaugural ‘Friend of Technology’ award by the College’s IT Services Department. This award recognizes instructors and/or professors who go above and beyond in the field of technology.

In order to better serve students throughout the College’s Service area, Professor Dominguez provides students with a high quality course via video conferencing. She successfully video conferences with her distance learning classes daily and she strives to engage all of the students in her classes.

During the College’s Technology Week, Professor Dominguez connected via video conferencing to eight different sites. This is a current record in the College’s IT Services Department.
