Coastal Bend College (CBC), in partnership with Kicker 106 and Workforce Solutions of the Coastal Bend, is pleased to announce that the Coastal Bend College Community Job & Career Fair will take place on Wednesday, March 25, 2015. The job and career fair will be held at the CBC Beeville Campus in the Peter S. Marecek Physical Fitness Center (gymnasium) from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

All current high school students, CBC students, CBC alumni and community members are encouraged to attend this free one day event. Representatives from over 35 local and state businesses/agencies will be on-hand to speak with individuals about the various employment opportunities that are currently available.

The goal of the job and career fair is to help connect employers with potential employees. Employers who are interested in reserving space at the fair are encouraged to register no later than Wednesday, March 11, 2015. Registration for employers will take place online, via phone or via email.

Employers who are unable to attend should contact the CBC Career Services Office via phone or via email to make arrangements for job postings to appear on the college’s career service and employer network that is available to all current CBC students.

Job seekers who are planning to attend are encouraged to dress in professional attire and bring several copies of their resume and portfolio, if applicable.
