Research economist Timothy P. Nadreau said the impact Coastal Bend College has on the local economy it serves runs in the millions. A recent study by Economic Modeling Specialists, Inc. out of Idaho, projected that Coastal Bend College has a return of 12.7 percent.

Coastal Bend College Blue vs. White game called ‘best for the ages’

Coastal Bend College’s Blue vs. White 2010 Senior All-Star Basketball showed the best of South Texas athletes. Two teams, comprised of area high school basketball players, went head to head in a matchup of equal skill and talent. The final score was 114 to 104, in favor of Blue Team.
