Coastal Bend College is an approved academic institution for the MyCAA (My Career Advancement Account) Scholarship, a tuition assistance program for active duty military spouses. Eligible students may enroll at any CBC location and choose from a variety of approved degree programs in order to receive up to $4,000 in academic funding through MyCAA.
The goal of MyCAA is to help provide education and career opportunities for military spouses as they relocate during their spouse’s enlistment in the military. All scholarship participants are required to use DS Logon to access their accounts. Military spouses enrolled in the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System, or DEERS, are eligible for a DS Logon account.
