CBC and HALO-Flight EMS Academy Hold EMT Graduation Ceremony

Coastal Bend College’s Alice location, in partnership with HALO-Flight EMS Academy, held the Spring 2023 graduation ceremony for the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) program on February 16, 2023.  Keynote speaker Dr. Jay Koska, the Medical Director of the HALO-Flight EMS Academy, congratulated the class on their achievement and offered advice on their future careers.

The next EMT course will begin April 17^th, 2023.  The deadline to apply is April 6^th, 2023.  Classes will take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. Students in the EMT
Course will complete 210 classroom hours and practicum of 24 hours of hospital clinicals and at least 48 hours of ambulance clinicals.
