This summer, Coastal Bend College will be hosting a Summer Teen Camp all four locations. Each location will have four days of the free camp that will include classes/information on: business and industry, health sciences, professional and public services and academics. The camp will start at 8 a.m. and run until 3 p.m. with breakfast, lunch and snacks included. Students entering 8th through 12th grade are welcome to sign up.

Students interested in the health science fields such as nursing, dental hygiene, and radiology, will have the opportunity to sample the programs available at CBC. The real life application will include making wounds and applying the wounds to each other, learning the importance of oral hygiene and performing radiography physics experiments.
Students interested in Communications, Fine Arts, Kinesiology, Mathematics, Science, and Social Sciences, and Humanities will have the opportunity to sample the major Academic programs available at CBC. The real life application of Academic content areas in the CBC Teen Summer Camp Program, allows students to become more well-rounded, knowledgeable individuals with enhanced academic and life skills.
