The Coastal Bend College (CBC) Alice site is excited to announce two Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) students received a scholarship from the Christus Spohn Auxiliary. The scholarships were awarded to Liana Rivera and Christina Garcia. Both students will have the opportunity to utilize the scholarship to cover the cost of the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX).
The NCLEX is an examination that CBC LVN graduates must take after the successful completion of the nursing program. This examination is utilized to determine whether a candidate is prepared for entry into the nursing profession.
