City of Beeville Water Boil Order Forces CBC Beeville Closure

BEEVILLE–CBC Beeville will close today at 1:00 p.m. today. Severe storms passed through the area last night causing tree limbs to fall on power lines.  This loss of power has affected the power supply at the Sweeny Switch water treatment and distribution facility.

The City of Beeville is under a mandatory water boil until further notice.

Tonight’s Spring Fest will be held as scheduled as portable restrooms and drinking water will be available.
