CBC Kingsville to Host Math Mania: Measuring for Success

KINGSVILLE—Coastal Bend College in Kingsville will be hosting Math Mania: Measuring for Success, on Friday, March 3, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Fifth grade students from Kingsville area schools including John S. Gillet Intermediate School, Nanny Elementary School, Santa Gertrudis Elementary School, and Ricardo Elementary School will be in attendance at this event.

The purpose of Math Mania is to give fifth grade students an opportunity to have a hands-on math activity that would assist them in being successful on the STAAR exam. Additionally, this year’s event will include science activities as well.
