Coastal Bend College’s (CBC) Softball program will host the 2nd Annual CBC Softball Tournament on January 27 and 28 in Beeville, Texas. The tournament is slated to take place at the A. C. Jones High School Softball Field and the Cougar Softball Field. CBC’s Cougar Softball Field is located inside of Veterans Memorial Park.

Teams participating in the CBC Softball Tournament include: CBC, Texas Lutheran University, Laredo College, Huston-Tillotson University, Midland College and Angelina College. The schedule for the tournament is as follows:
Friday, January 27
A. C. Jones High School Field
10:00 a.m.- CBC vs. Texas Lutheran University
12:30 p.m.- Laredo College vs. CBC
3:00 p.m.- Huston-Tillotson University vs. Texas Lutheran University
5:30 p.m.- CBC vs. Huston-Tillotson University
Cougar Field
10:00 a.m.- Midland College vs. Huston-Tillotson University
12:30 p.m.- Midland College vs. Angelina College
3:00 p.m.- Laredo College vs. Angelina College
5:30 p.m.- Midland College vs. Texas Lutheran University
Saturday, January 28
A. C. Jones High School Field
9:00 a.m.- Midland College vs. Laredo College
11:30 a.m.- CBC vs. Midland College
2:00 p.m.- Angelina College vs. CBC
4:30 p.m.- Huston-Tillotson University vs. Laredo College
Cougar Field
9:00 a.m.- Texas Lutheran University vs. Angelina College
11:30 a.m.- Angelina College vs. Huston-Tillotson University
2:00 p.m.- Laredo College vs. Texas Lutheran University
A $6 entrance fee will be charged at the A. C. Jones High School Softball Field for adults. Individuals high school age and below will be charged a $3 entrance fee.
