Photo Cutline: Coastal Bend College (CBC) women’s basketball player Zandra Emanuel signed a letter of intent to continue her athletic career at National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. She played small forward for the Cougars and was honored as a National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region 14 1st Team All-Conference selection for the 2015-2016 season. Emanuel is a native of Houston, Texas and is graduating with an Associate of Science on May 6.
