2016 CBC Career Fairs

Coastal Bend College, in partnership with Workforce Solutions of the Coastal Bend (WFSCB) and Workforce Solutions Alamo (WFSA), are proud to announce the 2016 CBC Career Fair dates:

CBC Alice: Monday, April 4 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

CBC Beeville: Monday, April 11 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. (inside gymnasium)

CBC Pleasanton: Monday, April 18 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

• CBC Pleasanton will also host the following free workshops on April 18:
  • 10:30 a.m.- 11:15 a.m.: Resume Writing
  • 11:15 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.: Dress for Success
  • 12:30 p.m.- 1:15 p.m.: Interview Techniques

CBC Kingsville: Monday, April 25 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Members of the community and surrounding areas are encouraged to attend the career fair to speak with representatives from various businesses/agencies about employment opportunities that are currently available. Representatives from CBC will also be on hand to discuss the academic and workforce program offerings available.

Job seekers who plan on attending this event are highly encouraged to dress in professional attire and bring several copies of their resume and portfolio, if applicable.

No registration fee is required for employers to take part in CBC’s Career Fair.

Employers who are unable to attend the career fair are encouraged to post job announcements on the College’s online database at www.myinterfase.com/coastalbend/employer/. Job vacancies may be posted at any time of the year for free. This online database is currently accessible by all CBC students.
