U. S. Citizenship Prep Classes to Take Place at CBC

Headline: U. S. Citizenship Prep Classes to take place at CBC

The Coastal Bend College (CBC) Beeville campus is conducting a two-week Citizenship Class beginning Monday, March 21. CBC’s Citizenship Class is geared toward assisting community members who are preparing to become United States (U. S.) citizens. The classes are scheduled to take place Monday through Friday at the College’s Gertrude R. Jones Auditorium. The class is $82 and two class time options are available for students to choose from: 8 a.m.- 11 a.m. or 1 p.m.- 4 p.m.

CBC’s Citizenship Classes are designed to provide students with a review of U. S. Government, U. S. History, the U. S. Constitution and the Declaration of Independence to aid with the civics test. Students will also receive information regarding the U. S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ (USCIS) Form N-400 (application for naturalization) as well as the interview process.
