Headline: CBC hosts Employer Panel Workshop 

Employer representatives from Beeville and the surrounding areas participated in Coastal Bend College’s (CBC) Employer Panel Workshop on Monday, October 5. The workshop, which was hosted by CBC’s Student Success Center (SSC), focused on providing students with valuable information that they will be able to utilize when they are searching for a job.

The SSC provides students with a variety of workshops that are geared towards helping students find jobs after college. The panel workshop focused on providing students with information regarding education requirements, job interview tips and employer expectations.

CBC’s Employer Panel featured employer representatives from the community including Vice President of Prosperity Bank Pam Keilmann, H-E-B Beeville Unit Director Sheila Poorman, Bee County Jail Nurse Fernando Moron, Dave Moore Ford Fixed Operation Director Robert Trevino, OSC Inventory & Vendor Relations Casey Sain, Bee County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Lindsay Scotten, Wonder Smile Office Manager Ruth Valdez and Wonder Smile Dental Assistant Shelby Poorman.
