Coastal Bend College (CBC) will host priority registration days for the fall 2015 semester at the Beeville, Alice and Kingsville locations in July. Students who attend priority registration days will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with an advisor and student services staff.

The priority registration dates are:

  • CBC Beeville: July 15-16 (free vaccinations July 15 and 16)
  • CBC Alice: July 13-14 (free vaccinations July 14)
  • CBC Kingsville: July 8-9 (free vaccinations July 9)

“The goal of our priority registration days is to ensure students get a jump start on the enrollment process and have the best possible course selections to choose from. All of our team will be on hand to assist students. Overall, we want students to leave fully prepared to have a successful semester with us,” said Dean of Student Services Lupe Ganceres.

Prospective or new CBC students are encouraged to bring their official high school and/or college transcripts, placement testing scores, and documentation of a bacterial meningitis vaccination for students who are 21 years of age or younger.

Students who attend priority registration days on July 9 in Kingsville, July 14 in Alice, and July 16 in Beeville will have the opportunity to receive a free bacterial meningitis vaccination from the South Texas Planning and Health Corporation. Students who are 21 years of age or younger must have the shot at least 10 days before classes begin at CBC. Individuals who would like to receive a bacterial meningitis vaccination should bring a valid/current form of identification with them to the event.
