The Coastal Bend College (CBC) Softball Team will host an open try-out on Sunday, May 17, 2015 at 11 a.m. on the Cougar Field at Veterans Memorial Park in Beeville, Texas for the upcoming 2015-2016 season. Athletes who are interested in trying-out must be a high school graduate; no athletes from the class of 2016 will be allowed to participate. Those who are participating in the try-out must not have signed an athletic commitment to play a sport for a college and/or university. All participants will need: a completed participant release form, a completed prospect questionnaire, a recent physical, and specialized gear (i.e. catching gear).
