Coastal Bend College will close on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at 5 p.m. for the winter holiday break. The college will reopen on Thursday, January 2, 2014 at 8 a.m. Faculty will return on Monday, January 6, 2014.
The last day to register for spring 2014 classes is January 10, 2014. Students with no holds may register at any time at http://www.coastalbend.edu via Campus Connect until then, even over the holiday break. Classes begin on January 13, 2014, but students are encouraged to register as soon as possible because some classes fill quickly.
Financial aid is still available for those who qualify, and interested applicants are encouraged to submit their free application for federal student aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible online at www.fafsa.gov. Students should use CBC’s school code of 003546 to ensure the application is ready for processing when the college reopens.
