The Coastal Bend College Beeville campus will resume normal business hours and classes on Thursday, December 5.
The Coastal Bend College Beeville campus and offices will remain closed on Wednesday, December 4 due to the continued citywide water outage, and all CBC Beeville classes have been cancelled.
CBC maintenance staff should report for their regularly scheduled shift. CBC Benton Hall and CBC apartment residents may leave the premises if they’d wish to, and they will be contacted once full water service is restored. CBC will accommodate any students who wish to stay in the residence hall or apartments, and the cafeteria remains open for food service.
-CBC Beeville Students: The two computer labs in the Elam Building will be open from 10:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. if you need to work on any assignments.
-The women’s basketball game at 5:30 p.m. is on as scheduled.
-The men’s basketball game at 7 p.m. has been cancelled.
-Questions/information regarding course specific deadlines/due dates should be directed to your instructor/professor via email or Blackboard.
The CBC Alice, Kingsville, and Pleasanton sites will remain open their usual business hours, and no classes have been cancelled with the exception of any video conferencing/distance learning courses broadcast from the Beeville campus.
CBC Beeville students, and students with courses broadcast via distance learning/video conferencing from the Beeville campus, should check Blackboard for course specific information from their professors/instructors. The CBC Child Development Center (daycare) is also closed today and parents have been notified.
