CBC Child Development Center accepting students
Beeville, TX—The Coastal Bend College Child Development Center is currently accepting applications for children ages 18 months to 5 years old. The CBC Child Development Center is one of a few local daycare/preschool centers designated as a Texas Rising Star Provider for voluntarily going above the state standards in curriculum and instruction.
Dr. Twila Johnson, CBC Dean of Academics, stated that the child development center staff collectively has over 70 years of experience in the child development field, and each staff member participates in at least 30 hours of professional development training each year.
“Our community should be proud of the child development center and its staff. The curriculum is outstanding. The staff is dedicated and experienced. We’re A+ plus all around—we go above and beyond. Student success begins at the CBC Child Development Center,” Johnson said.
The CBC Child Development Center has a 4-star center rating under Rising Star and uses the DLM Early Childhood Curriculum—one of three Texas State approved curriculums for preschools. The center also serves as a learning lab for many CBC programs such as nursing, early childhood and development, and dental hygiene. For more information on how to enroll your child, please contact the CBC Child Development Center at (361) 358-0421.
