
U.S. Congressman Rubén Hinojosa, with U.S. Small Business Administration District Director Ron Dear of San Antonio; U.S. SBA District Assistant Director Pam Sapia of San Antonio; and Workforce Solutions Corporate Business Services Director Manuel Ugues, are panelists at a business roundtable discussion to be held on Friday, April 29, 2011, 8:30-10 a.m. at Coastal Bend College in Beeville in the R.W. Dirks Building, V-119. The discussion is hosted jointly by Bee County Chamber of Commerce and Coastal Bend College Continuing and Customized Training Department.
Area small business owners are invited to attend an informal conversation to discuss the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010 and to get updates on efforts by Congress to help small businesses create jobs and thrive in a challenging economy. The Small Business Jobs Act provides small businesses with many benefits such as tax breaks and better access to credit.
